What is a Triathlon? It’s an athletics event with three continuous and sequential activities. You start with a swim, then a cycle race and end with a run.
Training for a Triathlon: If you are interested in taking part in a triathlon, you can join our training program, but only if you really want to. There is no compulsion to join the triathlon team.
