As many of you know we tragically lost a good friend of Holder House Malcolm. We promised we would ensure his memory would live on and from that we have dedicated our new area to him. Many thanks to Kathy and his family for giving us a very kind donation to go towards this area so we could honour what a kind, gentle and loving man Malcolm was.
Sleep tight friend we all miss you very much. Love your Holder House family x
Well after 5 years of Mariah being our activity support worker she has decided to put her degree to good use and has got a job at North Tyneside council for the children’s disability team to be a social worker.
When she first started she was only 18 coming for a student placement but we seen the potential in her and she began working on a Saturday, she has flourished and grown into a lovely, kind, confident young lady and we are so proud we have been apart of her journey!
‘Hi everyone. Just wanted to say a massive thank you for my gifts. They are absolutely beautiful.
Chris Convery thank you for being such an amazing manager and guiding me and supporting me throughout my time at university. I couldn’t have done it without your support.
Victoria Buglass you’ve been such an amazing friend. You’ve basically been my mentor since I started as a student. We’ve became close and I couldn’t thank you enough for being there for me when I’ve needed you.
For everyone else, I am so greateful to have met and worked with you all. You’ve been my family who have supported and helped me grow as a person and a professional. I wouldn’t have the confidence to do what I am without you all.
Again, thank you all every much and I will miss you all dearly. Hope to see you all soon xxx’
