This week Holder House C.I.C have had our grand opening of our memory garden: this is going to be used as a safe space to remember people who have come to the service or have been involved in any way, shape or form.
A big thank you to Councillor Tracey Dixon for giving us her time to open our space. Also a big thanks to councillor Ernest Gibson & Doreen for coming along and supporting us.

The kids / young people love there sessions – can’t wait till next month. Wonder what is going to be on the agenda next 
Reunited and it feels so good
This week we had the honour of going to see our great friend Paul, we done some shopping and went for a cup of tea… 
Alot of work at the garden, we have been doing a lot of Maintenance on our allotment getting it ready for the spring! We’ve been planting a lot of yummy vegetables 
Another month another Science Buddies UK session! This saturday we made bath bombs… we even added different smells. Everyone’s favourite was bubblegum.

Massive well done to Victoria for achieving her level 5 diploma in leadership for health and social care and children and young peoples services.
Victoria left school at 15 and was only meant to come for 1 week, however was then offered an apprenticeship with us she has gained alot of experience and qualifications such as level 3 in health and social care, level 3 business admin & level 2 children and young people workforce.
This is a fantastic achievement considering she is only 23. Onto the next learning as she has signed up to her IOSH health and safety.
Appreciation post to the man we call Chris T! 
Chris joined our team on a full time basis not long ago and since starting he goes above and beyond for our team and clients. We recieve many compliments on how well he is with our people and his great work ethic. He’s always someone to rely on and it’s great to have him as a valued member of the Holder House ‘Family’ we really would be lost without him!
Thanks for everything you do Chris it doesn’t go un noticed 
Thursday session down at the The Dunes Bowling South Sheilds Embracing what the local community has to offer.
We go every Thursday for a game of bowls and finish our day by going to Boldon Community Centre for our lunch and a game of snooker 
We have had a great time on Saturday with the fantastic Science Buddies UK Lots of bubbly experimenting, skittle rainbow fun 
and slime making to Finish our morning!
Thank you for a great time, we enjoyed it so much we have booked a session for every month up until December
